From the first contact I was met by very attentive and informative staff. Through e-mail they offered me complete information on the desired procedure and with the option of taking my own medical exams to have more time. All the staff are very attentive. The Doctor took her time to explain what to expect from the procedure, she is very jovial. The nurse in charge (Francy) was very aware of my recovery, always connecting me via WhatsApp. I am very grateful for the service that is well worth the cost.
