Labia Majora plasty | Dr. Lina Triana

Hymenoplasty Labia majora plasty removes excess skin and corrects sagging, ideal for women seeking a natural contour without added volume.

Over time, the labia majora can become deflated and elongated.

Labia majora plasty is ideal when there is a significant amount of excess skin or when a woman does not wish to add volume to the area. Too much filler in this area can lead to unwanted bulging of the labia majora or surrounding area.

Labia Majora plasty is for you if...

You want a firmer, more youthful appearance in the intimate area without using fillers.

You have noticed sagging or excess skin in the labia majora due to aging, hormonal changes, or weight loss.

You feel uncomfortable wearing tight clothing due to the shape or volume of the labia majora.

You want to enhance your confidence and intimate well-being with natural, balanced results.

You’re ready to prioritize yourself without guilt or urgency; this change comes from within, not from a passing trend.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Labia Majora Plasty
Am I a candidate for labia majora plasty?

Any woman that has excess skin on labia majora and wants a tighter appearance is a good candidate for this procedure. You can also complement the procedure by also injecting fat or hialuronic acid into the labia majora.

Extra skin is resected. It can be done under local anesthesia and the procedure lasts less than an hour.

It is recommended to wear not tight cloths for a week and no exercising or sexual intercourse for 6 weeks.

After the procedure, it is important to use a specialized intimate cleanser. We recommend the vaginal cleanser from Dr. Lina Triana’s skincare line. Wear loose, non-restrictive underwear for the first 8 days, and avoid strenuous physical activity or sexual intercourse during the first few weeks — or until we advise that it is safe to resume.
